Chainmaille Mobiuses
July 16, 2010This chainmaille design is called a Mobius, after the Mobius strip. The elegant twist is created from several jump rings, each carefully twisted inside of all the others.
Three Little Mobiuses, All In a Row
This necklace was made from three little mobiuses, all in a row.
The Elphaba Flower
I just saw Wicked at the Fabulous Fox (!). The green is so Elphaba, and the metal "flower" reminded me of the steampunk/industrial revolution aethetics of the Wicked set.
Watery Waves. This was actually my first Mobius; I made the large jumprings.
